How to Move Forward in an Ever-Changing World

How to Move Forward in an Ever-Changing World
Ethnic beauties, moving forward is always a good thing. Whether it’s a literal move or a spiritual move, you allow yourself to grow. You've encountered much this year. There's been no escaping the occurrences of the year.

What if, this year was the beginning of a new you?

There's no way you're the same person you were this time last year. You've matured, mentally, physically and spiritually.

You see things differently and possibly, just possibly, you can feel the pain, discomfort, happiness and joy others are feeling.

Not everything during this COVID year has been negative.

Some of you have started businesses, because it was now or never. Were you one of them? What changed in your life? Has this year caused you to go deeper into yourself and pull up the person you've been running form?

Felling fearful? It's okay. It's part of the journey. Are you scared enough to move your butt and take your life to the next level?

Planning Your Way Into The Next Year

Some people don't make plans, they live life as it comes. Some don't make plans because they don't want to be disappointed?

Have you ever heard the words... If you fail to plan, you plan to fail? In other words, planning gives you a starting point. Even if your plans change, you've got an initial plan of action.

Do you have any plans for the coming year? What's on your agenda?

*Starting a business
*Going back to school
*Learning a new skill
*Moving to a new city, state, country

While moving anywhere, unless job related or an absolute emergency, might be on your list, everything else can be done from the comfort of your home.

Let's do a little exercise.

Step away from your computer. Find yourself paper and pencil. Preferably a spiral notebook. It allows you to keep up with all of your notes.

Stepping away from the computer keeps you from being distracted. When you write on paper, it's a completely different thinking process.

The key is not to over think it. Just write. You're not looking for perfection, you're doing a brain dump. Brain dumps allow you to get things out of your head.

Brain dumps will also show you just how much you've been holding on to. This one exercise will give you a lot of insight about yourself.

This is not a judgement exercise, it's a clarity exercise.

How to you move forward in an ever-changing world?

You plan for it, and take it one day at a time. Any way you look at it, 365 days have passed and are behind you. You can't get them back. You can only deal with today and plan for tomorrow.

Go for it!

That's it for this week ethnic beauties. As always, I'm ...
